Dear Embark Migration Clients and Visitors,
We hope you, your family and friends are staying healthy and the inevitable disruption to all our lives is as painless as possible.
Our Sydney and Brisbane offices are both located in inner city buildings which, on a daily basis, are visited by large numbers of people.
Embark Migration has put in place robust plans to maintain services for our clients and to protect the welfare of our team during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We want to assure you that all staff from Embark Migration are healthy. We are doing everything we can to keep it that way.
Below are the efforts we have undertaken and will continue to take to maintain a safe environment for our staff, clients and other visitors:
Access to our offices
- All clients and visitors are being offered meetings by phone or video conference, rather than face-to-face for non-essential meetings.
- For essential face to face meetings, all visitors and clients attending our offices will be required to schedule an appointment in advance. Upon arrival at reception all visitors and clients are required to complete a short self-questionnaire to confirm that they do not match any of the following criteria before they will be allowed to enter our meeting rooms:
- Recently traveled internationally
- Have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or
- Are unwell
We appreciate your understanding and believe there will be minimal disruption to the provision of our services as a result of these essential (and hopefully temporary) changes.
If you require any further information please don’t hesitate to contact us.
