Which Graduate Visa Is For You?
If you want to stay in Australia after finishing your studies, you could apply for a
Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa.

Sometimes referred to as the '485 Post Graduate Visa', this visa allows you to stay in Australia for up to four years, depending on your qualifications.
The visa has two streams:
Graduate Work stream and Post-Study Work stream.

Important Information
- Additional services – If you want additional immigration services beyond the purchased service, you can make arrangements directly with your consultant.
- Agent-customer relationship – Once your phone call begins, everything you discuss is protected by Australian privacy and immigration laws, meaning what you share is confidential; this relationship does not exist until your call takes place.
- Representation – The agent-customer relationship may not be formed if the consultant is unable to help you. This can happen if the immigration advisor feels they are not qualified to answer your questions or if there's a conflict of interest.
- Representation agreement – For some legal services, the consultant could require that you sign a representation agreement before proceeding with the service.
- Consultation times – Every effort will be taken by our consultants to contact you within 30 minutes of receiving your payment during normal business hours (9 am - 5 pm AEST, Monday to Friday). Outside of these times, call backs may be delayed to the following business day.
